Mamas and Papas Fathers Day 5K

No matter what your family looks like, celebrating looks like running the Mamas and Papas 5K Series!

• Celebrate Mother's Day at the Mamas and Papas Mother's Day 5K on Mother's Day - Sunday May 9
• Celebrate Father's Day at the Mamas and Papas Father's Day 5K on Father's Day - Sunday June 20.
• Both races take place at Dix Park in Raleigh NC.  Register for BOTH races at the same time and save.

Not a parent?  You are warmly welcomed to come out and run with us, too!

Celebrate dad on Father's Day morning!  Dads receive a special treat at the finish line.  There will be treats for the kids, too.

Cautious about COVID?  Mamas and Papas 5K Series will be follow the Precision Race "Safer Time Trial Style" format with COVID protocols approved by the City of Raleigh and many other area municipalities.  We've been racing using this format for over a year and runners appreciate being able to feel safe running an in-person event

How does it work?  Choose a 30-minute "Arrival Time Window" when you register.  Show up any time during your 30-minutes, check-in, and head to the start line for your race.  After the race head home to watch the results LIVE online.  (The format for each race may be adjusted to ensure compliance with evolving COVID restrictions.)
